If you wish to exchange any of our products, you must do so within a maximum period of 3 business days after the date the purchase was made. You can do it in two ways: at our store in Medellín or by contacting our customer service lines: 310 4523659 / 301 2638691 to coordinate the return.
You should keep in mind that:
- The changes of the products will always be made for the value at which they were purchased.
- The garment must not have been worn, washed or damaged. You must keep the original labels, it must be returned in the original packaging.
- Change of the product by size, reference or color: changes can only be made for products with a value equal to or greater than the original, paying the excess, the change will be subject to availability in inventory. The buyer will bear the shipping costs in case of return.
Perishables:
- Changes maximum 12 hours after receiving the product. The products must retain the original characteristics.
